Save time by using the Duplicate event tool! Duplicating an event is possible from both League and Event tools, so you can easily duplicate any type of event you might create on UDisc.


This tools is great if you:


  • Used the Advanced event template (e.g., multi-pool, multi-round support)
  • Created one league event and want to easily schedule out your entire season
  • Tested a UDisc event and want to recreate the same event details & settings


How do I duplicate a league event?

Head to udisc.com/dashboard and tap into your League tools to get started.

  1. Tap on the Events tab and select the event you'd like to edit

  2. Tap the 3 dot menu in the upper-right -> Duplicate this event 

  3. Fill out the Event name(s), select the league you'd like it associated with (your current league is selected by default), and the Start date

  4. Tap Create x events!


*If you've duplicated the event more than 1 time, you'll see options to visit the public and Manage (admin) pages for each event. If you've duplicated the event just once, you'll be launched into the public page and can tap the Manage button in the top right corner to edit the newly created event.

How do I duplicate an event?

To duplicate an event that isn't associated with a league, follow the steps below:

  1. Head your Event tools and tap the Settings tab in the left sidebar.

  2. Scroll down to Other event actions, and select Duplicate this event

  3. OR, head to udisc.com/events/add and select Duplicate an existing event 

  4.  Follow steps 3 & 4 from above to get your event(s) duplicated!


Can I duplicate an event to another league?

Yes! If you are a league admin for multiple leagues and want to duplicate an event from one league to another, use the dropdown selection under Specify some details about the new events. *If the league to which you were hoping to copy isn't listed, then make sure you are logged into the appropriate UDisc account.
