Adding a new course to UDisc's Course Directory can be done at UDisc.com/courses/add or in the app by going to More -> Add New Course. Note that if the course is already in UDisc's directory but is missing a layout (i.e. Gold Tees, Long Baskets, etc.), you need to submit a new layout instead of a new course. This article explains the process of adding a new layout.
Adding a new course just requires providing a variety of information about the course. You must specify who can play the course, when they can play it, where the course is (what kind of property), and any other relevant information such as the cost to play.
You also must specify how many holes the course is. The number of holes should reflect the actual number of available targets. (A course with 9 targets that each have 2 tee pads is a 9-hole course.) Once approved, you will have the option to create multiple layouts that can play any number of holes.
If you are adding a course that is available to the public, it must have at least 3 permanently installed disc golf targets, and you should specify the tee and target types in your course submission.
Additionally, there are options to indicate whether the course is dog-friendly, cart-friendly, or has water and bathrooms available. The more detail you can fill out about the course you are submitting, the better.
That's all there is to it! Approvals can take up to 24-48 hours, though we always try to get to them sooner whenever possible. For your best chance of approval, check out this dedicated article on things likely to be rejected. Once your new course has been approved, don't forget to apply as Course Ambassador at https://udisc.com/course-ambassador.
