I bought UDisc Pro, but I'm still being asked to upgrade

If you have not yet created a UDisc account, your UDisc Pro upgrade will not take effect until you do. Tapping Profile in this state should allow you to create a new account.
If you are unable to create an account or creating an account did not solve the problem, please email a copy of your receipt and your UDisc username to help@udisc.com and we will get you sorted out as quickly as possible. Your UDisc username is shown at the top of your screen when you go to the Profile tab.
