Android - Red "Error" banner while syncing your Pro Account

If you're seeing a red "error" banner while syncing your Pro account, you are using a very old version of UDisc - it's time to update to the latest version.
Open the Google Play store and update UDisc. If you're still on the retired UDisc+ app, switch to the free UDisc app, then log in to your UDisc account and your data will transfer automatically.
