If you are able to view a scorecard on your watch, but when you enter a score it's not reflected on your phone, it's likely that your watch has an old version of Google Play Services. It's relatively easy to fix, here's how:
Open the Wear OS or Watch app on your phone
Scroll down and tap "Advanced Settings"
Tap "Resync apps"
Resync apps will grey out - once it's enabled again switch back to the watch. Kill UDisc and open it again or start a scorecard on your phone.
With the scorecard open on your phone and your watch, enter a score on the watch and make sure you see it update on the phone - if it updates on the phone, you should be set!
If you do not see the "Resync Apps" option (this may have been removed in a newer version of the Wear OS app) then your best bet is to uninstall/reinstall UDisc and UDisc for Wear OS. As long as you have an active UDisc Pro account, you will be able to log back in and restore all your data.
Please note that smart watches can be finicky - sometimes things go wrong in the pairing process and it causes apps to misbehave. Often, the path of least resistance is to do a fresh install.
Please be aware that there was a Google bug where the Wear OS communication from watch to phone was not functioning properly in certain situations. This issue has been resolved in UDisc version 15.0.5, once you update to this version of UDisc, or newer, you should no longer have this issue!
If you are still having issues, please contact us at help@udisc.com and we'll help you get it sorted out. Scoring on a smart watch is a magical experience, and we want you to get the most out of UDisc!
