Are you having trouble using UDisc on your smartwatch? First, verify that you are a current UDisc Pro subscriber. If you are, here are some additional things to try.
Restart your watch by pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds or until your watch shuts off.
If your watch has 3 buttons, the one in the middle is the power button.
If your watch does not have a power button, swipe down from top of screen, tap Settings -> System -> Restart.
Restart your device.
Verify that your device and your watch have the most recent software update installed.
Verify you are on the newest version of UDisc on your device.
Uninstall UDisc from both the watch and the device, and reinstall UDisc first on your device, then on the watch.
If you are still unable to keep score, unpair your watch from your device, and do a fresh install of the watch.
