If you're trying to buy a year of UDisc Pro and you get this error message, read on for the fix!

This can happen if you disable UDisc from using cellular data and you're not connected to wifi.
To fix, open the iOS Settings app, scroll down to the very bottom and tap on UDisc, then enable "Cellular Data" for UDisc. After you enable cellular data, try again and the purchase should complete.
