If you have logged a round previously on a traditional paper scorecard, you can transfer that round to UDisc by opening up the app and hitting the Start a Round button.
Choose the relevant course and layout combination that you'd played, and if it's a custom course that isn't in UDisc's directory, then just hit Custom and Create Custom Scorecard instead.
If you need to change pars for some holes, tap on PAR in the upper-right within your scorecard for that hole or holes, and adjust the par(s) directly from there. Enter scores for each hole and then complete the scorecard.
To accurately reflect the date and time of your round, after saving the scorecard, tap the 3-line menu icon in the upper-right of the scorecard, and then tap Update Date/Time. You can learn more about updating the date/time here.
