By subscribing to UDisc Pro, you have unlocked the power to keep score on UDisc using your Smartwatch!


It's easy to use your Samsung watch to keep score in UDisc for Android. Simply install the UDisc app on your watch using the Galaxy App Store if you have a Samsung phone. If you have a non Samsung phone, then use the Galaxy Wearable App to install the UDisc app. After you've done that, then open the UDisc app on your Android phone.

Create a scorecard on your Android phone, and it will show up on your Samsung watch. Use the + and - buttons on your watch to enter scores, and swipe to go to the next hole, just like the UDisc app you're already familiar with.


UDisc supports Samsung / Tizen devices that run Tizen OS 4.0 and newer. Your Samsung watch must be paired with an Android phone. It's not currently possible to create Samsung / Tizen companion apps when paired with an iOS device.


Troubleshooting


If your watch screen continually says Start a round on your phone, it is likely you are not a current UDisc Pro subscriber. 

UDisc Pro is required to keep score on a smartwatch. Subscribe to UDisc Pro to unlock the power to keep score on UDisc using your Smartwatch!


If you have any issues getting the scorecard to show up on your watch and you're sure you have a UDisc Pro subscription and the watch is paired correctly with your Android phone, try restarting the UDisc Android app and opening the scorecard on your phone, then enter a stroke on the phone and that should trigger the scorecard to show up on your watch.


Make sure you use the Home button if you want to do something else on your watch and return later to the scorecard. Hitting the Back button will kill the UDisc app and then the scorecard will not resume as quickly.


Another tip is to open the Settings app on your watch, then go to "Display" and change the "Show last app" setting to "Within 1 hour". This will ensure UDisc is always ready to go while you're playing.
