On the Profile tab in the UDisc app, tap Log in to UDisc Pro, then Login Help. Enter your username or the email address associated with your UDisc account, then tap Reset Password, and a password reset email will be sent to the email address connected to your account.If you need additional help, you can tap the Contact Support option.

If you are having trouble getting logged in with the correct password, attempt to use your username* (not your email address) and UDisc password. Additionally, be sure there are no spaces before or after your username/email address. 

If you aren't receiving the password reset email, please be sure to check your Spam and Promotions folders, and if you are still experiencing login difficulties, please reach out to help@udisc.com with your username and we will be happy to help!
