If you aren't logged in to your UDisc account, and need to reset your password, follow the below instructions. 

  1. On the You tab in the UDisc app, tap Log in to UDisc Pro, then Login Help
  2. Enter the email address associated with your UDisc account, then tap Reset Password. 
  3. If that email address is connected to a UDisc accoung, a password reset email will be sent. (If you need additional help, you can tap the Contact Support option.)

If you are currently logged in, but would like to reset your password: 

  1. Go to the You tab in the UDisc app.
  2. Tap the 3-dot menu in the upper right.
  3. Tap Reset password.
  4. A password reset email will be sent to the email address connected to your account.
     

If you are having trouble getting logged in with the correct password, attempt to use your username* (not your email address) and UDisc password. Additionally, be sure there are no spaces before or after your username/email address. 


If you aren't receiving the password reset email, please be sure to check your Spam and Promotions folders, and if you are still experiencing login difficulties, please reach out to help@udisc.com with your username and we will be happy to help!


*Usernames will be all lower-case, with no spaces or special characters, between 6-15 characters, and cannot begin with a number.
