There are two ways to purchase UDisc Pro:
In the UDisc App via the iOS App Store / Google Play Store by navigating to 'More' -> 'UDisc Pro Account.'
Subscribing from a web browser directly from udisc.com/subscribe.
Each method is outlined below.
Purchasing UDisc Pro from the iOS App Store / Google Play Store
If you renewed UDisc Pro before January of 2022, this took place inside the app store. You can check your current subscription status from the Profile tab inside the UDisc app. UDisc Pro that is purchased from the iOS / Android app store does not renew automatically, and you will need to extend your account each year you wish to use UDisc Pro, using payment methods you've added to your iOS / Google Play Store account.
Subscribing to UDisc Pro from UDisc.com
You can easily subscribe to UDisc Pro from a web browser.
Subscriptions purchased online will automatically renew so you don't have to worry about being without UDisc when you get to the course. Your receipt will be emailed to the address associated with your UDisc account.
Managing Your Subscription
To manage or cancel your UDisc Pro subscription, visit your profile page: https://udisc.com/account/billing
You can check your subscription status here, or use the Update Payment Information or Manage Subscription buttons to view and update your current payment information. Visit this Billing page to change your preferred card information (for example, if it expires or gets lost).
You can tap on the "Manage Subscription" button from this page, and then hit "Cancel plan" to prevent future recurring charges.
Accepted Payment Methods
UDisc partners with Stripe to handle online subscriptions. We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. More card brands may be available depending on your country of residence. See Stripe's supported card brands for the full list. Additional payment options such as Venmo and PayPal are not yet supported, but are under consideration potentially for the future.
