If you are simply trying to change your username, email address, or make another edit to your profile, the UDisc team can help you do that without deleting your account. Please reach out to us at help@udisc.com.


If you wish to permanently delete your UDisc account, you can request this within the UDisc app. 

1. Open the UDisc app, and be sure that you are logged into the account that you wish to delete.

2. Tap More and then scroll down to Advanced Settings. 

3. You may be asked to log in to your account again on this screen. After doing so, in Advanced Settings you will see an option at the bottom to Delete Account. 

4. Tap Delete Account and you will be asked to enter your password again and confirm that you would like to delete your account.


Account deletion requests may take between 14 and 30 days to process, and they are permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered.


If you have requested to delete your account in error, reach out to us at help@udisc.com right away, and if possible we will cancel the request for you.
