Garmin Watch Troubleshooting

In order to keep score using your Garmin watch, start by connecting your watch in the UDisc app. (Open UDisc, tap More → Settings → Garmin Watch → Connect Garmin Watch)
If the watch is connected properly, you should see a screen similar to the image below.
If you are still unable to access UDisc from your Garmin watch, here are a few things to try:
Check that your device is listed here.
Verify that you are on version 15.1 or newer for UDisc.
Make sure that the Garmin ConnectIQ and Garmin Connect apps on your phone are up to date.
Check that UDisc has been downloaded from the Garmin ConnectIQ store.
Verify that Bluetooth is turned on.
Try rebooting both your phone and your Garmin watch.
Be aware that smartwatches can be finicky - and occasionally things go wrong in the pairing process. If the above steps do not resolve your issue, try unpairing the watch and doing a fresh install.
