As a Course Ambassador, many of your submissions will be auto-approved, with a few exceptions.
Your initial Map Manager setup. The first time you set up your Map Manager and submit the changes, it will be reviewed by a member of the UDisc team and manually approved.
You have holes or elements that need review.
If you see the above error message, indicating that something on your Map Manager needs review, your submission will not be auto-approved. We recommend correcting the problem before submitting your changes for a quicker approval.
You deleted a tee, target, or hole from a Map Manager that was already setup and approved. If your Map Manager setup has already been completed, and you delete any existing elements from the map, that submission will be reviewed by a member of the UDisc team and approved manually.
When a submission must be reviewed by the UDisc team, it can take up to 24-48 hours for approval, though we always strive to approve submissions sooner whenever possible.
