Are you having trouble using UDisc on your Apple Watch? Here are some things to try. 

  1. Verify that you are currently subscribed to UDisc Pro

  2. Restart your watch by holding down the side button and the Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo appear.

  3. Restart your device.

  4. Verify that your device and your watch have the most recent software update installed.

  5. Verify you are on the newest version of UDisc on your device.  

  6. Uninstall UDisc from both the watch and the device, and reinstall UDisc first on your device, then on the watch.

  7. If you are still unable to keep score, unpair your watch from your device, and do a fresh install of the watch.
