If you are entering scores on your Garmin watch, and not seeing them immediately sync to another player's phone, or they aren't showing on the league or event leaderboard, it is likely that the app on your phone has entered standby mode. 


When in this mode, all networking capabilities of the UDisc app are disabled. The scores from your watch will continue syncing to the phone app, but those scores will not be synced to the server.


There are 2 options for getting around this:

  • Reopen the UDisc app on your device. This will remove the network restrictions, and scores will sync to the server shortly after that network connection is reestablished. 


  • Turn off 'Battery Optimization' for UDisc. Doing that will prevent the UDisc app from entering standby mode, and when you enter scores on your Garmin device, they will sync to the phone as well as the server.

    • On an Android device, open the Settings app and tap on Apps App battery usageUDisc, and select Unrestricted

    • On an Apple device, go to Settings Battery and turn off Low Power Mode.
