Your privacy is important, so let’s make sure you understand how the settings you choose will impact what is visible and who can view it! If you decide later on that you want to tighten the reins on your Privacy Settings or let them out a little, you will always have that option.

Overview
UDisc Community is intended as a positive space to share the love of disc golf. With that in mind, your privacy controls are at your fingertips. Keep reading for more information on these controls and how to change them!
What does each profile setting mean?
You've only got two choices here, easy peasy:
Public
A public profile means that anyone can find you and see your profile (including your streak count, number of courses played, home course, favorite course, followers/following lists, and member date), and rounds posted to your feed. You do not need to approve someone for them to follow you, but you will be notified when they start following you.
Private
A private profile means that only followers (approved by you!) can see your profile and rounds posted to your feed. Anyone that is not following you yet can search for you and will only see your profile picture, username, and name. Anyone can request to follow you, and you will be notified when they do and given the option to accept or ignore their request.
How do I show up on other people’s rounds?
Great question! If you play with a card full of people and they decide to post the round on Community, YOU still get a say in how you will appear on that post. Here are your choices:
Everyone
This means that everyone can see you on rounds that other players post to their feeds. Even if you are set to private (see above), anyone that is following the person who posted the round will see you on that round. (To see more about you, though, they will need to follow you.)
Followers Only
This means only your followers can see you on rounds that other players post to their feeds. If someone doesn’t follow you, you’ll be anonymous in a round overview (e.g. and 1 other player).
No one
This means you will not be shown on rounds that other players post to their feeds.
You’ll be anonymous in a round overview (e.g. and 1 other player).
What’s included in a post?
Name, username, and profile photo
Scores, round ratings (for UDisc Pro subscribers), and/or activity metrics
The course and layout you played
