Starting a weekly disc golf meetup or league is totally free, and super simple with UDisc Leagues!
Running a weekly can boost the play counts and number of unique players at your course. These stats can be instrumental in fundraising for course improvements, upgrading Smart Layouts to produce round ratings, supporting your local community and more! Get started with these simple steps:
List your league
Get started at udisc.com/leagues/apply! In most cases you'll be launched directly into your League tools and can get started creating your first events. If your league wasn't approved, check out this dedicated article.
Running a league that plays at multiple courses? When listing your league, choose the course you'll be playing at most often. When creating events you can change the course being played by tapping the "Change course" button under Course.
Create an event
Create a new event via your league admin tools, and do so before the day of the event so that players can discover your league in the UDisc app. You can even schedule out an entire season worth of weeklies from the beginning if you know which day(s) of the week you're planning to play. Here's a related article with more details: Scheduling a league event
Share the event
Consider posting the first league event URL on social media, and/or printing the event quick link QR code and placing it on an information board near the start of the course. To maximize organic player recruitment through UDisc, make sure that you have clear and thorough descriptions included for what to expect in your league or weeklies.
