UDisc Leagues and Events now support multi-round events with simultaneous rounds!

What does it mean?

This means that you can have some card groupings play subsequent rounds before other cards have finished their first round. For tee times and flex start tournaments (or shotgun starts with a few slower cards), you'll see card-based round statuses on the admin leaderboard page. In the upper-right of each card, you'll see "Active", "Scores complete - waiting on verification", or "Verified".

How does it work?

When building cards for the next round via the Cards tab, only players who have completed their previous round will be available for a card assignment. Select the round on the left, arrange the card grouping(s), and then if you'd like to publish just one specific card, hit the gear icon in the upper right of the card. You can individually publish cards like this, or use the big orange Publish cards button to send all card groupings out who are ready for the next round. More details on scorecard management can be found here for singles, and here for teams (doubles, triples, etc).

How can I see each round that is in progress?

In the upper-right of the admin leaderboard, you can view a specific round where you'll see a big blue banner if some other groups are still in their previous round. Hit the R1 button to review the first round leaderboard, for example.

What if my event has multiple pools?

Simultaneous active rounds are also supported for events in which different divisions are playing different layouts or courses (multiple pools). Before the round begins, use the Divisions & pools tab to configure which divisions belong in each pool, and then head to the Rounds tab to assign pools to their respective layouts. Dive in to learn more about pools here.

Please note: If you're running a multi-pool event through UDisc Leagues, then you'll need to set up a Custom Event.
